Features
Best acid resistance and bile salt tolerance and thus has very high gut stability.
Good exopolysaccharide producer which helps in attachment and adhesion to the gut epithelial cells of the animals.
Quality enzyme producer eg. Protease, Amylase, Phytase, Lipase, Xylanase & Cellulase. These enzymes help better digestion of nutrients from gut.
Produces metabolites, bacteriocins and especially very high quantity of organic acids which inhibit pathogenic bacteria like E. coli, Salmonella & S. aureus.
